Cherry Hills Village first started to grow in the years after World War II. The area attracted a number of developers who wanted to bring in commercial enterprises. The citizens of the community formed the Cherry Hills Improvement Association, a group dedicated to preserving the quiet, residential nature of the village.

The community today retains a unique, upscale atmosphere within proximity to Denver and the surrounding suburbs. Cherry Hills Village is dedicated to providing quality homes and recreational amenities, such as golf courses, horseback riding trails and tennis courts.
